Relaxation
I teach effective mind and body relaxation, which can aid sleep and reduce anxiety levels. This in itself often proves extremely beneficial, and can help to produce a feeling of well being. Body & mind relaxation and visualisation skills are powerful tools, which most people are able to learn and benefit from with practise.

Clients receiving individual help may have a personal tape recorded which is aimed specifically at their needs. The techniques, which can help to improve general levels of health, can prove very effective in helping with a range of problems including:

The relaxation skills when learned can be helpful in any number of stressful situations, such as visiting the dentist, flying, interviews, public speaking, social functions.
